Does SlatboxUSA require a minimum order?
No, we have no minimum order requirements.
Does SlatboxUSA have a small order charge?
There is a $7.00 charge for orders under $25.00 ordered online (Excluding shipping).
What payment options does SlatboxUSA offer?
SlatboxUSA accepts prepayment by cash, check or MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We do not accept CODs. For an SlatboxUSA credit account, please click here for our credit application. Only companies in business for more than 3 years will qualify for terms if approved.
How do I pay for a first time order?
First-time orders must be prepaid by cash, check, or credit card until an SlatboxUSA credit account can be set up.
Where will my order ship from?
Our items will ship FOB Albany, OR or Dallas, TX for most orders.
Does SlatboxUSA drop ship?
Yes, SlatboxUSA will drop ship blind to our Distributor’s customers. There is no drop ship fee.
How soon after placing an order will it be shipped?
If the item is in stock, SlatboxUSA will ship within 24 hours. In many cases, we can ship the same day. For air shipments or FedEx, please contact our Sales Department for details and refer to our Shipping Info page.
Who is SlatboxUSA's preferred shipping carrier?
For ground shipments, SlatboxUSA prefers UPS. We can also ship FedEx and Priority Mail, as well as other common carriers. Please refer to our Shipping Info page for more information, or contact our Sales Department.
Does SlatboxUSA accept returns on merchandise?
Returns are accepted on stock catalog items with prior authorization and must be received within 15 days from the time of delivery. Returns must be in original packaging and re-sellable condition. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the return credit. Custom items are not returnable nor refundable.
